These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the scrplay2 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and payment facilities available on this website. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use scrplay2. One account per person. Accurate personal information is required at all times.
All bonuses carry specific wagering requirements, expiry windows, maximum bet limits, and game contribution rates. Bonus terms are clearly documented in Section 7 of these Terms.
Minimum deposit RM30 via supported Malaysian payment methods. Withdrawals are processed to the originating payment source only. KYC verification required before first withdrawal.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which scrplay2 is licensed. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and scrplay2 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://scrplay2.cam ("Website").

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the scrplay2 Platform. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. scrplay2 may request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds (including any winnings) may be forfeited.
Age Verification: In compliance with responsible gambling obligations, scrplay2 may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) before completing your first withdrawal or when account verification is triggered. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within 30 days of request may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on scrplay2. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. You are required to provide accurate and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian contact number. Any material change to your personal details must be communicated to scrplay2 promptly. scrplay2 reserves the right to suspend accounts where provided information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. scrplay2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
All activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility until such time as you report a security incident and we suspend the account. scrplay2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, using a unique password for your scrplay2 account, and accessing the Platform exclusively through official channels at https://scrplay2.cam. Be cautious of phishing websites or messages impersonating scrplay2.
scrplay2 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels and cryptocurrencies: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be updated on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.
E-wallet deposits via GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and DuitNow are processed instantly under normal circumstances. FPX and online banking deposits typically credit within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed after the required number of blockchain confirmations specific to each coin. scrplay2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.
All fiat transactions on the scrplay2 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction. The applicable exchange rate is determined by scrplay2's payment processing partners and is not guaranteed to match any published rate.
Third-Party Deposits: Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. scrplay2 reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party payment sources are detected.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests will require submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad for Malaysian nationals) and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
For verified accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times which are outside scrplay2's control.
All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This is a mandatory AML control. Where the original payment method is no longer available, scrplay2 will request alternative verification before approving an alternative withdrawal route.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Requests below this threshold will be declined. There is no fee charged by scrplay2 on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on scrplay2 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonuses credited to your account carry wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is clearly stated for each promotion. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must wager a total of RM2,000 before any withdrawals from that bonus are permitted.
While bonus funds are active on your account, the maximum single bet or spin is capped at RM250 unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may, at scrplay2's discretion, result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified time window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the promotion) will expire and be removed from the account without notice. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. The following general contribution rates apply unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion:
scrplay2 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics (e.g., low-risk hedging), providing false information to claim bonuses, and participation in coordinated bonus abuse with other accounts.

scrplay2 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. A bet is not confirmed until it has been acknowledged and accepted by the Platform system. Network interruptions or technical errors occurring prior to acceptance confirmation may result in the bet not being recorded. scrplay2 shall not be liable for any bets not confirmed due to technical failure on the Player's side.
In the event that a game result, odds, or payout is calculated or displayed due to a manifest error (including but not limited to software errors, data feed errors, or operator errors), scrplay2 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. This applies even where initial payouts may have been made. Players are expected to notify scrplay2 promptly upon discovering any error.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on scrplay2. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may vary by game type, market, and account tier. scrplay2 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.
Any dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement must be raised with our support team within 14 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. scrplay2's decision on all betting disputes is final, subject to escalation as described in Section 15 (Governing Law).
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the scrplay2 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
Financial Crime Reporting: scrplay2 is required to report any suspected money laundering or financial crime to relevant regulatory authorities. Cooperation with any investigation is mandatory. Accounts under investigation may be suspended with balances withheld pending resolution.
All content available on the scrplay2 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, game artwork, user interface elements, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of scrplay2 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, modify, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of scrplay2. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may constitute grounds for legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, interruptions to service, or any act or omission of a third-party payment provider.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. scrplay2 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where feasible.
scrplay2's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
scrplay2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible via your Account settings or by contacting our support team.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request a self-exclusion period via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and no access, marketing, or promotional communications will be sent.

scrplay2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the Account is subject to a chargeback dispute; (d) the Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or criminal activity; (e) the Platform is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.
In the event of account closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, scrplay2 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real money deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. Where account closure is initiated by scrplay2 for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. All pending wagering requirements must be resolved before closure is finalised.
scrplay2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or a prominent on-Platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments, corrections, and clarifications may be made without specific notice.
The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which scrplay2 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact scrplay2's support team at [email protected] and provide a reasonable opportunity (not less than 30 days) for scrplay2 to resolve the dispute informally. This obligation does not restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
